It was during the 30 year War of 2062 vividly known by the people of the time as the 2nd War of Gia. These people lived in a world torn apart by war, greed and hatred. Two major factions are pitted against each other for one mere goal… World domination.

Army general Seth Eriksson resided and carried out his military operations in Peace colony 102. Though a man of peace he carried his orders out without second thought. He believes that in order to reach peace people must do drastic things, even cruel things in-order to achieve it.

Half way into the seemingly endless war long colleague and good friend Dr Ian Jaro developed a new concept and theory that could end the war peacefully and return the world to the way it once was. His theory was based on the concept of CHI.

CHI is something that resides in all living things that binds everything into one full circle. The existence of one thing is a mirror of another. That without one it would be without the other. It is a power so mysterious that in all of human existence cannot be explained. Some have felt it within them, and some live their entire lifetime without knowing that it is there.

Dr. Jaro’s intentions was to harness this power and use it for the greater good of peace, love and harmony. He believed that one person could possess and yield this ultimate CHI power and balance the scales of the universe between good and evil.

Being a peace loving man General Eriksson was ecstatic about this new concept and through military funding into this experiment. The project was code named The Panzer Peace Project. With the help of military scientists and Dr, Jaro’s own lab team the project moved swiftly and the results were very promising.

Back in Peace Colony 102 General Eriksson holds a conference assessing the issues of the top secret Project. Most of his commanding officers agreed with his intended use of the project, but some though few contested that the project should be used mainly for guaranteeing their victory in the war.

It was his officer closest to him that disagreed. Lieutenant Commander William Drako. A highly decorated solider who fought on the front lines of the war and received many medals of distinction for bravery and commitment.

He wanted to use this harnessed Chi power to preserve the lives of the men and women who serve under him to end the war by winning it to commemorate the lives they lost on the battlefield. A very honorable and military orientated man Drako was. Though not understanding his commanding officers ideas and orders he silently contested them, but obeyed them.

It’s now been 10 years into the project and the war is looking as grim as ever. Everyone grows impatient for this new development to become a reality. Military officials threaten to cut off the already billions and billions of military money being poured into the project.

Dr. Jaro is close, growing old and withered by the intense commitment he has given and put into the project he is determined to prevail in the name of peace. On the verge of his breakthrough General Eriksson is brutally assassinated. This was a war strategy successfully executed by the rebel factions waging war against the Earth Alliance.

Now with no leadership Lieutenant Command William Drako seizes command and takes up the immediate position of General Commander. Being in command of everything the late General Eriksson. Drako was now determined to use the Panzer Peace Project in the way he envisioned. Winning the war to close yet another chapter in his military career as a success.

Saddened by the passing of his good friend, Dr. Jaro knew of the new Generals intentions to use the project in other ways originally agreed upon. Though aware of this he still worked profusely to finish his work hoping in the end it will be used for the greater good.

Two years later nearing the end of the project and the discovery of the ultimate CHI, the General learned of this and got his solders to storm the secret location Panzer Peace Project facility. Knowing that his life’s work was going to be ripped right out form under him, Dr. Jaro sent his own lab team and military scientists out of the building.

The solders broke through every high-tech security system and reached the heart of the facility, the main laboratory. The team of Special Forces solders then confronts Dr. Jaro on the brink of discovering the way of the CHI. It is demanded that he gives the general the key to the way of the CHI.

There is a huge struggle and the soldiers accidentally fatally shot Dr. Jaro. As Dr. Jaro falls to the ground he finally discovered the way of the CHI. In his last bit of strength he climbs onto the control panel and places his hand on the self-destruct button. With his last breathe he murmmers “power can be used only by the ones who don’t intend to use it”.

<Huge catastrophic explosion>

Three years later the war was on its last legs. The Earth Alliance forced the surrender of all the rebel factions.

The year is now 3010. Only the old remember the days before and during the war. The young live a life without war, but of strict control. Life goes on as usual. Buzzing on the communications is news of Rebels defacing the headquarters and defying the authority the Earth Alliance’s total dominant control over the people. The rebels consist of young and old. Students secretly disagree with the EA, while others daringly voice their opinions risking arrest and punishment.

The explosion of the Panzer Peace Project facility was masked as a terrorist attempt on civilian lives. Monuments are erected for the lives lost in the explosion that took out 10 city blocks. Rumors circulated that the building was a secret government research facility attempting to harness a power called CHI, but was obviously covered up by the military and all traces were erased.

Rumor, became interest, interest became speculation, speculation then became myth and myth into tale. Everyone knew this tale of the CHI. children are told this tale as a bedtime story a fairy tale of self discovery and the search for peace.

Now divided after the explosion the scientists of the Panzer Peace Project return to their previous positions. The military scientists “PROJECT X” return to the military and the scientists who followed Dr. Jaro continued to research his idea.

Now in the present time each team of scientists have been striving secretly to uncover the secret of the Ultimate CHI that Dr. Jaro astonishing uncovered before he pasted on. The military scientists worked secretly under the Earth Alliance HQ. Working under the motives of achieving the CHI to further the control of the military they diligently strived to achieve the Ultimate Chi which thus far has eluded them.

Dr. Jaro’s group of scientists are also secretly working underground for the same goal code named “BATTLE X”. Getting close every time they try something new, but abruptly stopping into dead end after dead end. Being funded by several fronts disguised as Dr. Ian Jaro Learning Centers and Foundations they are just as advanced as the military or maybe even surpassing their technological advances.

Another group who has surfaced is the “REBELLION”. Loosely tied to Project BATTLE X for funding. The Rebellion is unknowing being used by the BATTLE X project to keep the military at bay and to draw less attention from military intelligence to them as they can totally focus on the task at hand…. Unlocking the door that houses the secret of the Ultimate CHI.
